Scope-first project review Local permit guidance Phone line activating soon

Start the scope conversation

Request a Harrisburg Project Call

The dedicated phone line is being activated. You can organize the project details below now; nothing is transmitted until a secure endpoint or live number is connected.

A productive first conversation needs the property address, current condition, desired outcome, and preferred timing.

Helpful details to gather

  • Project address or at least the five-digit ZIP code.
  • Photos you can take safely from normal living areas or ground level.
  • Approximate age and known history of the roof and any known layers or repairs.
  • The problem you most need to solve.
  • Must-have outcomes and ideas that are still optional.
  • Timing constraints, access needs, occupants, pets, or upcoming events.

Before a site visit is scheduled

Coverage, general fit, and current availability should be confirmed first. A site visit does not create an agreement or guarantee that the project will be accepted. Provider identity, required credentials, scope, terms, and price must be documented before work.

Harrisburg permit and registration planning

The City of Harrisburg lists roofing among activities that require a permit and states that contractors doing work in the city need a Business Privilege License. Pennsylvania also requires most contractors performing at least $5,000 of home improvements annually to register with the Attorney General. The performing contractor and permit path must be verified before work is scheduled.
